Sadly we had to part ways with longtime drummer Tik, due to a relocation. Bassist Floh decided also to leave the Band. At this moment we are again desperately looking for a Bassist to fill in Flohs spot. Guitarist Ba:ni changed from Guitar to drums, fulfilling an excellent job there. All Show will be played as a Trio (again) as Floh agreed to play the remaining shows until we have found a steady replacement. Important: No Shows will be cancelled! The Band is now again rehearsing in Mannheim and is auditioning also for very good drummers to fill into this Spot. We´ve been busy the last weeks, working with our new second Guitarist Peter Thiele. He´s a real good guitarist and used to play in Bands such as Amorph Pneuma, Dawn and also for a tour with famous black metalers Mystic Circle. At the Moment he´s working hard for the upcoming shows where he might be on stage with us already. Speaking of...we´ve decided to add a show as a warm up for the Boarstream festival on July 26th...it´s gonna be in Ludwigshafen at the Pfingstweide, a show called the Metal Massacre, being July 25th. This Show features our friends ORGASMODEMON as Headliners and also SILENT OVERDRIVE, COPRORATE CAROUSER and SILHOUETTES OF MURDER.

As final News, SEBASTARD is now exclusively playing SKULL STRINGS, the best and most reliable Strings on this fucking Planet.

Finally we have some Updates to post! We have a show confirmed (27th of April In Frankenthal Zuckerfabrik) and a steady Lineup! Our new Bassplayer is an old one, it´s Florian "Floh" Kos, who´d played with the Band from the very Beginning on. The New Lineup is (an old one obviously): Drums: Tik Bass: Floh Guitars/Vokillz: Sebastard We´ve already rehearsed and Floh does great! Long time not talk my friends! Unfortunately, there are no updates for Into Darkness. Still looking for a steady drummer to complete the lineup and to be able to release the longawaited CD "Dsyphoria". I hope that i´ll have some good news for you in Future.

Bad News : Our drummer Chris has left the band last week. It´s uncertain now, when exactly the new Album will be released (once more). I can tell you for sure that INTO DARKNESS will continue their "chilly" Crusade against commercialism and idiocy and that we already have two "mean" guys lookin out for being our new drummer. Anyways, feel like bein treated like shit in your band and are a talented Death Metal drummer, that deserves better than that ? Than write us at sebastard@intodarkness.de and we´ll give it a try.

Besides that, we´ll celebrate the 10th birthday of INTO DARKNESS this June on the "Neckarwiese" in Heidelberg ! We´ll let you know on wich date exactly it´ll take place and there´ll be a lotta old ID guys, you invited too !

After having played their last show for the next time on friday 15th, the Band will reenter SAD Studios, to lay down the final Mixes on their longawaited Album "Dysphoria". All the Guitar and Basstracks and parts of the vocals had to be rerecorded, due to some problems whilest the first recording. The Sound of this since 5 years long anticipated Album, is decribed as really rich, fat and sophisticated Death Metal. This final Mixdown will unluckily conclude in a long Stageabsence for the Band, as other projects will be promoted in the meantime. It looks like Into Darkness will be crushing stages again in autmn/winter 2005. You can soon place your CD/T-shirt orders on our brandnew Homepage, to bridge the timespace to the next live metalassaults from Heidelberg.
